Ok...alot has happened.
To make a short story long....
Eric was in a car accident on March 14\
It was not his fault. Two trucks in front of him collided and he had no where to go.
He totaled the Taurus.
He had no car again
He finally went on his own and got himself a car.
His payments will be 257.00 a month
This is his new car
Ain't she a beauty
Sometimes things happen to us in life that we don't understand.
God always provides
We just have to put our troubles into his hands
Come to find out the guy whose fault it was cancelled his insurance the day before the accident.
We are going today to fax a copy of the police report to our lawyer/
Don't know if she will take the case/
If not I guess we got screwed again
But seriously
All I care about is that Eric was not hurt seriously and we still have him in our lives.
Cars can be replaced.
Thank you God for watching out for my precious son!

I hope the ins pays, my cousin got hit by a Mexican and her car was total lossed. He had no license or insurance.
She was in hosptial over a week and he has disappeared.
She never got one dime. I hope that doesn't happen to your grandson.

So glad that Eric got a new car. Too bad the guy dropped his ins. SOMETHING should happen to him as it is a LAW that he carry liability in TX.Similar situation happened to my oldest son. Girl ran a light and hit him. They had a good ins card but had stopped making the ins. payments. Years later we found out through that section in the newpaper that says "You May have Lost Money in Texas" that we had about 4oo.00 so we contacted them & sure enough, our InS com sued the girls familyad got some of he $$ for us!!!

Well, it's good that Eric wasn't hurt badly. You're absolutely right: it's a nuisance to lose your car and then to find that the guilty party has dropped the insurance
I had a feeling the surprise was a new car.... Very Nice!!!! hope that the lawyer can do something, if just a little....
