My motto for today

This will be my motto for today.

Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for man.

I work from 8 to 12 today and yes I will be chipper and I will probably stick out like a sore thumb.

I will greet my customers and thank them for coming in to buy their groceries at my store because it is not the only place to buy food around here.

I will not let people around me pull me down into their grumpiness or sadness.

Rejoice in the Lord.  He has given me a new day to let my light shine through the darkness and I will not waste what has been so freely given unto me.

Thank you so much for all of your encouraging words and comments.

I thank God for each and every one of you.

I did not meet any of you by accident.

He has put you into my life to bless me.

And oh how blessed and honored I feel to be considered your friend.

So off I go to work today.  With God guiding me along my way.

I hope you all have a blessed day!

When you have a greatful positive attitude good things are just drawn to you.  I KNOW I didn't meet any of you all by accident too.  I believe in God Ordained situations, not merely coincidences.
I hope your weekend is blessed as you are such a blessing to everyone here.

God bless you today too, have a chipper day and continue being you, here in journal and in your job.  Yes God has a plan and he puts us together times for a reason.  I am glad indeed that he made me a reason to visit your journal.  I enjoy your writings and I would love to come through your cash one day and meet you.  Also, I would love to come and meet Grumpy and the a**hole, lmao and hand them some chipped ice.  God bless, have a good weekend.

Colossians 3:24 (I think); I know its in Colossians because I memorized it in the past; work for Jesus; that's all that matters.

I agree with you; the Lord placed us all together for a special purpose. I am honored to call you friend :)

A saying I read once:
"There are no strangers here, only friends we haven't met"
Love you my friend!

If appearing too chipper makes you stick out like a sore thumb, then so be it!

Dear Barbara,  I finally got to your journal and what a journal it is.  I love what you write.  I also love your music.  With a voice like that you could sing with the angels.   Keep a smile on your face and stay chipper at the store.  I try to.

I like your positive attitude and how you allow yourself to be seperated from people that are negative toward you and others.    I am going to find out if a Neurosurgeon will see me since my MRI results show a severe Stenosis of the lumbar spine.    Stenosis is a narrowing of the spine from arthritis.   My left hip has constant pain causing me to limp and I can not bend from the waist without increased pain.    My Illinois Medicaid Card is the reason why Neurosurgeons limit Medicaid patients or do not see them at all.    Doctors and institutions have not been paid in over a year.      mark
