Caution

Caution!  Do not fry fish wearing your bikini!!!!  You should wear a shirt or apron because if there is nothing between the hot grease and your bare skin and the fish drops off the fork when you are turning it and splashes grease outside the pan you could end up with some pretty nasty painful blisters.

I got 5 on my stomach and 4 higher up.

It is not a pretty picture.

Especially as I spent 20 whole minutes out in the sun today trying to get a tan...

I use to spend all day laying out in the sun with my friends trying to catch a tan.

Today I was done with that after 20 minutes.

It was too hot.

It got very boring

I tried to read at the same time, but the book was casting a shadow over me and I was afraid I was going to get a book tan.

I think I am getting old.

I decided it would be better to just sit in the shade and wear pants when I go out.

Then people won't be blinded by the white.

First of all I wouldn't be caught dead wearing a bikini, so there's no problem there. I don't tan either, too fair, I just burn.  I have to find some of that spray-on tan stuff for my legs because I do like to wear crop pants in the summer.  They look weird with my white legs. Linda in WA

I have never wore a bikini. I am old I guess the only way I like to tan is the tanning bed anymore. I liked you moon picture. I like looking at moon shots and sunrise/sunset shots.
Take care, Chrissie

A bikini? Are you kidding me? I could never wear a bikini! Too much flab for me! :)
I don't think it would be a pretty sight for anyone!

I am the same way when it comes to laying out in the sun, I HATE it, I get so miserable! I was at a park swimming with Lisa and the kids and I was laying there trying to get a tan, but I had my hand over my eyes and thought I am going to get a hand print tan on my face, so I put on sunglasses, then I thought sheesh now I am going to have this huge sunglass tan mark! So I gave up and just sat up and talked with Lisa!

Hubby says he prefers to take the bikinis off the fish before he fries them... lol...
Sorry not fun at all... I have one spot on my hand I hit every time I take something out of the oven...
I had plans of sitting out getting some sun this summer but has not happened yet...
Well except the farmers tan version of just below the sleeve and from the edge of my shorts to the tips of my sandals...
Have a great day!! I am off to get ready for a bbq and then fireworks tonight...

Bikini? What is this bikini thing you speak of?  It's called tan in a can.  Or a towel. Or a cream.  Or a spray.  The self tanners they have these days are GREAT.  You only sweat when  you're in a hot bathroom putting them on LOL.  You should give them a try. Great pics.

Bikini, OW!! OW!! Your lover boy must have enjoyed that, regardless of the blisters. LOL. Get your aloe plant out and have him give ya a rub down to make you feel better . . . in one way or another. :-D (Damn, I am in a mood today, hehehe)

Hope your tan comes out well . . . my cabana boy is on his way to TX for you. :-P
