Hey Robin!!!!! Give me five!

The 5'er???  Yes!

If you want to play all you do is cut and paste these questions into your journal. (there is no deadline as to when you can do "The 5'er) When you have answered them come back and leave a link in Robins comment section.  On the following Friday I will have a new set of questions! Have fun!

LET'S PLAY!!!

1. Where do you plan on spending the fourth of July?

Probably at work scanning everyone elses beer and chips.  It is too dry here for fireworks....I think we get to dress up for work so I will be all decked out in red, white and blue.

2. Tell us about a memorable 4th for you.

When Eric was little we would always shoot off fireworks here at home.  He loved it!  He could make those firecrackers last for days.  He would blow up all kinds of things.  No matter where I was a firework would always find me....When I was a little girl Mom and Dad would buy us sparklers.  Christi and I would spend hours outside in the dark writing our names in the sky.  After that my Mom and Dad would load us up and go to eat pancakes....

3.  What screams independence day to you?

The flag, Lee Greenwood singing "Proud to be an American, military uniforms, hot dogs, apple pie, home made ice cream, kids with sticky messy faces, blanket in the grass, hot weather, fireworks, FREEDOM and family. Great answer Robin...how could I improve on that?

4. If you could tell a military person anything what would you say?

You are the heart of America.  You give up your precious hours with your families to protect us.  God will have special crowns for all of you who sacrifice for our country.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.  Be safe!

5. Have you put out anything red, white and blue or do you plan too?

I want to put out Ricks Dads flag this year..

Thanks for playing and God Bless America!

Thank you for your answer in honor of the people serving is defense of our country and the other personal family traditions.     I am wishing you a great 4th.   I just have my one little American Flag here at home and will honor it.   It has been dry here too and people will still shoot off their illegal fireworks here in Illinois no doubt.    I am getting around to journals today and yesterday.    I am too tired and sore and painful to do any construction for the rest of the week.    I will do a few hours of tarring and shingling on my cabin roof when it is in shade in the late afternoon.     I need to make up an order of lumber and materials to take to Lowe's and hopefully get free delivery.     My alerts are off so I can catch up and will be online as much as I can this summer and fall.   When I quit working when it is dark I just have to lay down and rest.    Your voice is absolutely professional as is the instrumentation.    The piano and your voice on the first song was fantastic and should get airplay.    You are certainly with someone that is seriously involved in the music buisness and I wish you all the best.    mark
